• *May be deducted from total demerits to reduce deficiencies but cannot be used to increase grades even if in excess.
• Nos. 1, 2, 9, 10-if in excess may be used to increase final grade using the ratio 50 hours excess as equivalent to one (1) percent increase in final grade.
